0.5 L whipped cream dispenser – Black
This is a medium sized whipped for larger families or dinner parties. When fully charged it will produce over one litre of whipped cream – and that’s enough for quite a few ice-cream sundaes.
To make whipped cream you simply need to combine the nitrous oxide from the cream chargers with the cream in the body of the whipped cream dispenser. Once combined; the cream whipper will hold the two components together under pressure. When the cream is released the gas will expand – causing the cream to whip. The expansion of the N2O will cause it to become three times larger – this is more fluffy then hand-whipped cream. When it is fully charged the cream can remain for up to 10 days in a fridge without spoiling due to the properties of the nitrous oxide gas.
The disposable cream chargers designed to be used with this dispenser are the push-fit type. All of the chargers we sell are compatible with our dispensers.

Melon, peach and apricot creamy fizz
This delightful combination of fruits provides a luscious drink to partake on a wonderfully hot day to cool and refresh yet with just a little creamy tang provided by the whipped cream dispenser. It has enough zest to provide a sensational fizz. Select ripe fruit to ensure an overall smoothness to result.
The ingredients needed are:
500 ml ginger ale
30 ml whipped cream
Fresh mint leaves to decorate
Peel the melon and remove all the flesh and place in a blender. To skin the peach and apricots, place in a pan of boiling water for one minute, then drain and cool under running water. This should enable the skins to be removed easily. Chop the fruit and put with the melon in the blender. Pour half of the ginger ale over the fruit and process. Add the remainder and repeat the process action. To serve, pour in to large glasses and decorate with the mint leaves and with the assistance of your whipped cream dispenser add a little whipped cream to the top.
The ginger ale provides the necessary fizz with a fiery tang which wakens your taste buds. With this wonderful concoction it is fizzy yet creamy with the addition of the whipped cream produced with the aid of your cream chargers.
Other suitable combinations for this drink can be successfully used such as 450 grammes in total of raspberry, peach and pear with bitter lemon instead of ginger ale or strawberry, blueberry and orange accompanied with tonic water. These are all refreshing and creamy drinks to enjoy when temperatures are hot! Don’t feel tempted to jazz up your drinks by firing them with cream chargers – they are no substitute for s soda syphon – due to the way that the Nitrous Oxide reacts differently to liquid than CO2 from siphons would do.
