Fast Gas 1 Cylinder Cream Charger
Fast Gas is a brand new way to experience cream chargers and create industry standard whipped cream, cocktails through rapid infusion and bespoke foams efficiently. The larger 640g tank is made from high quality recyclable stainless steel and filled with pure food grade Nitrous Oxide, so pure in fact it scored 99.9% when tested. Fast Gas cream chargers can be attached to a whipping cream dispenser using the pressure regulator which saves time compared to swapping standard 8g cream chargers. The larger Fast Gas canister also saves on storage as it equates to 80 standard cream chargers; great for busy commercial kitchens.
Each Fast Gas cream charger canister adheres to all European rules and regulations, as well as being totally disposable and eco friendly. Each tank comes with a free pressure release nozzle to ensure that the tank is completely empty of all gas before recycling. Please check with your local waste management authority before recycling.
