How to get whipping with chargers
To make whip cream with a nitrous charger could not be simpler:
Add the cream to the whipper dispenser
Securely fasten down the lid (head)
Place a single cream charger into the charger holder
Screw down the charger holder – piercing the metal cap of he charger
Allow the gas to combine with the cream in the dispeners
Pull the lever to release the cream

Coconut Cake with Whipped Cream Chargers
Coconut cakes are very refreshing and highly recommended for the hot days of the summer. You can prepare it fast and enjoy it for the entire summer, at least once the day. The coconut is a natural, vegan cream and contains high levels of fat – in fact the amount of fat is too high to be used with whipped cream chargers. This is because the nitrous oxide gas from the cream charger would actually cause the coconut to solidify.
For the dough:
4 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
250 gr. butter
1 tbs. yeast
For the decoration and filling
1 cup whipped cream
Whipped Cream Dispenser
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tbs. desiccated coconut
2 cups coconut milk
4 tbs. cornstarch
1/2 tbs. salt
4 tbs. chocolate
2 tbs. powder sugar
Mix together the yeast and the flour and add little by little the sugar, the egg, the salt and the butter. Beat the mixture for around 5 minutes and pour it in the pan. Bake it for around 20 minutes. After it is done, you should let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the decoration, after you previously prepared the whipped cream. If you have a whipped cream dispenser, the process will not last more than 2 minutes. Take care to do not shake the cream for too long, as it could risk turning into a sweet butter that does not suit at all your backing plans. After preparation, keep the cream for at least 15 minutes in the fridge.
The next step is to prepare the rest of the content. Add in a bowl the egg yolks, together with the cornstarch, the sugar, the coconut milk as well as the salt. After you mix them all, you can cook the composition for around 5 minutes, at moderate heat, taking care to do not boil and by whisking permanently.
In the meanwhile, prepare an ice bath where you must let to rest the composition for around 30 minutes, until it get a certain consistency. Add the melted chocolate and stir until the composition is smooth for around 7 minutes. Alternatively, you can place the content in the fridge for around 20 minutes and until 1 day.
When all the ingredients are in a good shape, you should start the decoration process, by whipping the cream on all sides.
Use the cream chargers to make a light topping for a heavy coconut cream cake. A little bit exotic and a bit middle england.
You can serve it together with a cup of champagne or triple sec.
If you want to have a successful whipped cream, you should use the whipped cream dispenser and chargers. For garnishing ideas, you can use also mint and you could even infuse some mint into the whipped cream before using the whipped cream dispensers.
The oven should be preheated at 350F.
Instead of desiccated coconut, you can use chocolate.
For an artistic spread of the decoration, use a spatula that will help you to cover all the edges of the cake.
If you want a good taste of the pie, you should keep the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. It is a fresh and tasty cake, without too many calories – unless you want to increase the concentration of chocolate and cocoa.
