These state of the art Cream Deluxe tanks are the pinnacle of cream chargers, holding up to 615g of 99.9% food grade nitrous oxide or the equivalent of 84 cream chargers. Create new and improved molecular gastronomy feats with foams, rapid infusion and of course creamy whipped cream. Great for at home kitchens or busy commercial kitchens, reduce the storage needed whilst improving productivity and output with larger cream charger tanks when attached to a pressure regulator hose. 

Available in the lighter Cream Deluxe Gold model, this aluminium model not only has a lighter body, but also has the added benefit of its ultra-strong resistance against corrosion and rust. Each tank comes complete with a pressure release nozzle that allows you to check that the tank is empty before recycling.
