Nutella Flan with Whipped Cream
Nutella is an excellent ingredient for many sweets. ½ cup heavy cream
1 cup whipped cream
½ cup white sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup butter. At least ¾ will be used for the saucepan.
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
½ tbs. espresso
1 cup Nutella Cream
1 cup melted chocolate
1/2 tbs baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
Prepare fast the whipped cream, in less than 5 minutes, with the help of the whipped cream dispenser. Keep the content in the fridge at least 30 minutes before use the cream charger will actually whip the cream instantly, but placing it into the fridge will improve the sensory effect when served.
Preheat the oven at 350F. Use the butter to prepare the saucepan.
Add the salt, baking powder the flour and the oats in a bowl. Mix them together, whisk for 3-4 minutes. Mix the heavy cream with espresso and let them melt together for 5 minutes.
Mix the sugar and the rest of the butter in the whipped cream shaker for 2 minutes. Pour the composition in a bowl where you should add the eggs and the chocolate and Nutella.
In the mixer, you must beat smoothly the eggs and the flour, for 5 minutes. Thereafter, add it in the pan and bake it for 30 minutes, until the edges turn yellow gold.
Add the rest of the mixture as on the top. The whipped cream is the last ingredient added to the decoration, after Nutella.
