CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR ORDER & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Depending on which product you purchase and which courier you select, there will be varying days and times of dispatch that you need to consider before ordering if you would like them to arrive before Christmas Day (25th) or New Years Eve (31st). 

Our courier options and EXPECTED delivery attempt dates on said courier options are as follows as well as our Festive Period opening times:

*Please be aware that the delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to this being the busiest time of year for couriers and they may experience delays and we cannot be held liable if there are delays, we will do everything on our side to get all orders shipped out on time - if your order does not arrive on time, please contact the courier directly*
 

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

Here’s the schedule for selecting ‘Next Working Day’ at checkout.

Orders must be placed and accepted by our team before 5.30pm to qualify to be shipped. Any orders made after 5:30pm will not be processed until the next working day.

Order on Saturday 21st - Delivery on Tuesday 24th

Order on  Sunday 22nd - Delivery on Tuesday 24th

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Orders must be placed before 5.30pm to qualify. Any orders made after 5:30pm will not be processed until the next working day.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY

Here’s the schedule for selecting ‘Royal Mail’ at checkout.

Orders must be placed before 4.30pm to qualify. Any orders made after 4:30pm will not be processed until the next working day.
 

2nd Class and 2nd Class Signed For:

Royal Mail have advised to order before Wednesday the 18th of December in order to receive your parcel before Christmas.
 

1st Class and 1st Class Signed For and Royal Mail Tracked 48: 

Royal Mail have advised to order before Friday the 20th of December in order to receive your parcel before Christmas.

 

Due to the busy Christmas season, we cannot 100% guarantee your selected delivery dates as couriers are experiencing extremely high volumes of orders to process for delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we can assure you that we will do everything we can on our side so that your order arrives with you for your requested date. 

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the courier directly as we will be closed. 

OUR CHRISTMAS BREAK will be from 2PM DECEMBER 24TH 2019 to 10AM DECEMBER 27TH 2019

 

OUR NEW YEARS BREAK will be from 2pm DECEMBER 30TH 2019 to 10AM JANUARY 3RD 2020

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Here at Cheeky Monkey Gastronomy we offer a range of different Delivery Methods which include:
​All delivery methods only qualify on orders made and paid for before 5:30pm. If your order does not pass through 3D Secure, our fraud checking system, your order will be held until you are able to provide the evidence required to verify your identity in correspondence with your order. If we are unable to get through to you via texts, emails or calls, we will hold your order until you contact us back. Your order will not be held more than 3 working days therefore if left your order will be cancelled and refunded. We are not liable for your delivery not being processed due to it not passing through 3D Secure, and will not send out any orders that have not passed the fraud checks under any circumstances.

Please be aware that Next Working Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery is for UK Mainland only. Any orders placed for delivery outside of UK Mainland will increase the delivery time. Please contact us directly if you would like a delivery cost quote for outside of UK Mainland.

Orders made before 5:30pm on Friday will be dispatched same day and be scheduled to attempt delivery the next day on Saturday


Orders made on Saturday will not be processed until the next working day as we are not open. The next working day is not until the following Monday and this is when your order will be processed. If you select Saturday delivery, the order will be held until the following Friday for the next Saturday Delivery.

Orders made on Sunday will not be processed until the next working day as we are not open. The next working day is not until the following Monday and this is when your order will be processed. If you select Saturday delivery, the order will be held until the following Friday for the next Saturday Delivery.


Refunds
REFUNDS USUALLY TAKE BETWEEN 3-5 DAYS HOWEVER REFUND TIMES MAY VARY
 Here at Cheeky Monkey Gastronomy we try to always strive for a customers happiness. If any orders are damaged or unwanted you will need to have send the parcel back to us and received by our members of staff. We can pay for items being sent back to us, however, this can vary on the reason why it is being returned. Our members of the customer service team will check each returned parcel for quality, damage and will check all items are there.
You can contact us directly to see if you are eligible for a returns label that will be paid by us. 

If an item needs returning, contact us directly via our contact number or email. We can assist you with any issues you could be having and can arrange returns labels if needed. We can only refund you for your order once the item has arrived at our warehouse.

If an item is deemed missing or damaged in transit, you will need to contact the courier your item was sent with. If they have declared, after an investigation, that the driver was at fault - then we will be sent a claims form and the courier service will refund us the cost of the parcel. After receiving this and a notification from the courier company, we can refund you.

If you have paid for a special delivery service, such as Saturday delivery, you will be able to get a refund if you have paid extra for a service that did not arrive when it should have. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY.

You will also be refunded for your order if you have left it parked for too long. This means that there has been an issue with your order and have not replied within a week of us contacting you, which can be through the phone number or email address attached to your order.
