Returns Process

At Taste Revolution, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any faults, damages, or other issues with your order, please follow these steps for a hassle-free return process:

  1. Notify Us Promptly: Contact our dedicated Customer Care Team within 2 working days of receiving your parcel. You can reach our team by sending an email to support@yorkshireproducts.co.uk. To assist us in better understanding the issue, please include pictures of the faults or damages in your email. Our team will provide you the information needed to organise your return.

  2. Cover Return Costs: Kindly note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the parcels. We will not be responsible for any return postage charges incurred unnecessarily. Additionally, please be aware that the original shipping fee paid will not be refunded.

  3. Provide Essential Information: Clearly mark your order number on the outer packaging of the return. Inside the parcel, include a note with your contact information, including your name, address, and order number. Ensure that the parcel is securely packaged for safe transit, using the original packaging if available.

  4. Compliance is Key: Failure to follow these instructions may lead to delays in processing your return.

  5. Product Condition: The products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect the goods, a full purchase price refund will be issued for items in good condition. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for food products with broken seals, such as syrups.

  6. Return Processing Time: Returns processing typically takes up to 14 days, but during busy periods, it may extend to 30 days.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of successful delivery, following the Return Requirements outlined above.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a parcel with any damages or faults, please report them to our Customer Care Team within 2 working days via email.

In such cases, we are more than happy to offer a replacement or a refund, provided you report the issue within a reasonable time frame (2 working days). In some instances, we may require the return of the damaged or faulty item. We can assist with arranging collection or request that you send it back to us, with us covering the associated charges. Should the product be found to be in good working order upon inspection, a £10 collection fee will be deducted from the refund or the item may be returned to you at your request.

Unwanted Items:

Should you wish to return an order, please do so within 14 days of receiving it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can arrange collection with our couriers for unwanted items, but please be aware of a £10 per parcel charge for this service. Additionally, if a scheduled collection fails, an extra £10 per parcel fee will apply.

While your goods are in transit until they reach our offices, you are responsible for their safety. Any loss or damage during transit must be addressed with your delivery service providers, as it is your responsibility. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the item's value, excluding the original shipping cost.

To be eligible for a refund, all unwanted items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

Incorrect Item Received:

In rare cases of receiving an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 2 working days. Provide pictures showing the incorrect item received and the packaging in which the product was sent. Our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action based on the product you received.

You may be asked to return the incorrect item to us via your local post office, and upon providing proof of postage, we will refund you the postage charges. Alternatively, we may arrange a collection of the item from your location, covering the cost of return. We aim to accommodate your schedule and collect the item at a convenient time and from a suitable address to swiftly resolve the issue.

Goods Lost in Transit During Return:

When returning goods, we recommend handling them with care until they reach us. For safe returns, use a secure and traceable delivery service while appropriately packaging the items. Obtain a receipt as proof of postage. The safe return of goods is your responsibility, including any damages during return transit.

In specific situations, we may either arrange for collection or instruct you not to return the goods to us.

If, unfortunately, your parcel gets lost in transit during the return process, please file a claim directly with the courier used for the return. Taste Revolution will not be held liable for items lost in transit during the return.

Refunds & Replacements:

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days of receipt. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on your provider and account type, typically taking around 3 days but can take up to 5.

If you opt for a replacement, delivery will follow the standard timeframe for your region, as indicated on our delivery page.

If we have organized your return with one of our couriers, the return cost will be deducted from your refund total. In case you miss the collection appointment, this charge will also be deducted from your total refund.

Cancellation of Unshipped Orders:

Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it promptly for quick delivery. If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Our team will make every effort to arrange this for you before dispatch. However, once the dispatch process begins, we are unable to cancel orders, and the return process must be followed. Your satisfaction remains our priority throughout this process.
