This page will be used to keep our customers updated with any changes to our services throughout the year, such as delivery issues, closures or any changes to our business and operations that may affect you, the customer.

Covid-19

We are taking every measure possible to remain operating and to dispatch orders for you in a safe environment for our staff during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our warehouse is always kept to hygienic standards (as normal!) however, due to Covid-19, we are scaling up our hygiene practices and we want to ensure that our products get to you safely too. Please be sure that you are also cleaning your product upon arrival as a precaution for not spreading the virus further as they have been handled in transit.

APRIL 6th - EASTER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND 

We will be closed from Friday 7th April and reopen on Tuesday 11th April for the Bank Holiday weekend. Any orders placed after 5pm on Thursday 6th April will be processed on Tuesday 11th April. Click here to view the delivery timetable.

March 10th

Due to record breaking snow fall and amber alerts across the UK, couriers are unfortunately unable to reach our depot today for collections. Orders placed will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible ET Monday. For customers expecting deliveries please be wary to expect delays due to the severity of the snow. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe in the snow!

14/12/2022: Seasonal Delays

All couriers are experiencing delays at the moment due to increased demand as we enter the busy Christmas period. Royal Mail postal strikes have also contributed to other courier delays, as more retailers turn towards alternative shipping methods. We appreciate your patience and understanding whilst our couriers work through the backlog.

Our team is working very hard alongside our couriers to minimize any delays and get orders delivered as soon as possible.

14/09/2022:

Due to the saddening news of Her Majesty The Queen’s passing, we will be honouring the UK bank holiday on Monday 19th September for her state funeral.

Please be aware that no orders will be processed or shipped on the days we are closed, our last dispatch for the weekend will be Friday 16th September at 5:30pm. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 20th September.

22/08/2022: August Bank Holiday

Due to the upcoming bank holiday we will be closed from the 27th - 29th of August; please note that no orders will be processed or shipped on the days we are closed. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 30th August.

20/06/2022: Yodel IT Issue

We have been informed that one of our couriers, Yodel, are experiencing an IT incident affecting their connectivity to Yodel IT services. As a result, their Customer Service team is currently unavailable. Parcel tracking is also limited and may be unavailable at times via the tracking page and on the Yodel app. They are working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible.

Deliveries are still taking place, and Yodel are working hard to prevent any delays.

Please be patient with our Customer Service team as we will have limited access to tracking until services are back up.

30/05/2022: Jubilee Bank Holiday

Due to the upcoming Queen’s Jubilee bank holiday we will be closed from the 2nd - 5th of June; please note that no orders will be processed or shipped on the days we are closed. Normal service will resume on Monday 6th June.

26/04/2022: May Bank Holiday

 

Due to the May bank holiday we will be closed on Monday the 2nd of May; please note that no orders will be processed or shipped on this day. Normal service will resume on Tuesday the 3rd of May.

13/04/2022: Easter Bank Holiday Weekend

 

Due to the Easter bank holiday this weekend we will be closed from the 15th-18th of April; please note that no orders will be processed or shipped on the days we are closed.

30/12/2021: New Years Eve Weekend

It is almost New Years Eve! We would like to inform our customers that we will be closed for the festive season from Thursday 30th of December and will return on January 5th of December.

20/12/2021: Delivery Delays

It is officially Christmas week and with 5 days remaining until the big day during a global pandemic and new variant outbreak, all couriers in the UK are under extreme strain processing record high amounts of parcels to arrive to customers safely and on-time. Unfortunately due to the extreme strain of all couriers (Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD, UPS, Parcel Force) we cannot guarantee that orders placed will arrive before Christmas (December 25th).

Our team are doing everything possible to get orders delivered to you on time including earlier dispatches, extra elves in the team and courier upgrades where possible. We really appreciate our customers patience and understanding at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Waiting on an order? Please check your emails for tracking sent direct from the courier to track your parcel to you.
Looking to place an order? We are still dispatching orders daily with no disruptions to our own services, however please be mindful of potential delays with couriers, which is effecting all online stores at this time.

09/12/2021: Delivery Delays

YODEL are unfortunately experiencing delays in service speed due to the extreme amount of incoming parcels to their depots, which has far surpassed forecasted levels.

Due to this if you have placed an order within the past 7 days for delivery with YODEL and have not received your parcel, your parcel is sadly delayed due to this backlog - if you would like further information on your parcels ETA, please contact the courier direct as we do not have more information available at this time.
